Over the past 16 years, Pamela Baker has grown within CSPNJ beginning as a housing support worker and now as Chief Impact Officer. Ms. Baker came to CSPNJ with previous experience as an emergency medical technician and has built on this experience becoming an accomplished and committed professional in homelessness and behavioral health service design and service delivery. She has a true passion for expanding low barrier services to people experiencing homelessness across the state. Ms. Baker oversees CSP’s statewide Homelessness service team and Outreach programs developing and implementing peer-led low barrier services across the state by accessing a variety of state, federal and local funding streams. She continues to expand our programs to provide critical innovative services and opportunities for people living on the streets, in encampments, and across New Jersey who are out of the traditional mainstream service systems.
