The position is for 37.5 hours per week.  Responsibilities: provide supportive housing services to tenants diagnosed with mental illness; assist program tenants’ re-establish valued roles in the community.  Work in a variety of ways to promote self-sufficiency.  Qualifications: Bachelors in Social Work or related field and 1 year residential setting work experience or Associates in Social Work with 4 years related work experience.  Excellent written and verbal skills, strong assessment skills and organizational skills are a must.  Ability to manage crisis; strong computer skills; valid NJ drivers’ license a must. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Coordinator, the Team Leader will provide supportive housing services to residents diagnosed with mental illness.  Assist program tenants’ re-establish valued roles in the community.  Work in a variety of ways to promote self-sufficiency. Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team.  Qualifications: Masters degree in Psychiatric Disability or Social Work or in related field with 1 or more year of work experience including 1 year of supervisory role is required.  Must be LPC or LCSW or acquire within 6 months.  Excellent written and verbal skills, strong assessment skills and organizational skills are a must.  Ability to manage crisis; strong computer skills; valid NJ drivers’ licenses a must.
